About Us

Iwaji team have a good experience in architectural. We shape under customized, contemporary guidelines giving special attention to local cultural requirements, fresh, positive values. Although architecture is believed to have been globalized in a “flattened Earth” we encourage to have no resistance to change, maintain identity and high standards. Founded in late 2015 by its three partners, it has main office in Mangupura-Bali.

Dwipa Tanaya

Itang his nickname, currently taking studies in the field of rural - urban planing and management. He has experience in planning of hospitality design for 3 years with some senior Architects.

Agung Panji

Start from join to 2 architecture firm, he beginning his experience to develop himself. He has capability in some architectural program especially 3d visual architecture.

Wiradewi

Wiradewi has completed a Bachelor of Architecture Engineering.
Start from join to 1 of Construction Consultant, she has a good taste for counting and estimate project.

Our Services

CONCEPT/SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Taking the client’s instruction and project direction/design brief to understand the work. Note : Please provide written design brief or term of reference (as simplest as possible), Taking and examining topographi/land survey drawing (provide by owner) and understanding the local building code/regulation. Note : Please provide survey drawing provided by licensed surveyor (once weare appointed). And please provide the related local building code/regulation, Preparing schematic sketches/drawings to interpret the design brief, in to a stage sufficient for client’s review

PRELIMINARY DESIGN

Developing the schematic design drawings in to a stage that enable all other design consultants (structure engineer, mechanical electrical engineer, etc) to commence Detailed Design Work, and to enable appointed Quantity Surveyor to prepare Preliminary Bill of Quantity (B.O.Q.). Preparing Design Development drawings in to a stage suitable to obtain authority’s approval for building permit requirements. Note : The above document is sufficient for building permit submission to the authority.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT

Preparing and finalizing the Construction Document, Specifications and such other documents as may be necessary for contract preparation. And in collaboration with other consultants, prepare all documents necessary for tenders.
